Before initiating any billing, audit, or revenue cycle management services, Ivy Insights executes a comprehensive Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with all prospective clients.

Scope of Permitted Use: PHI is accessed and processed strictly for medical billing, claims management, and authorized administrative functions.

No Pre-BAA Data Transfer: No PHI will be exchanged, accessed, or discussed prior to the mutual execution of a BAA.

Compliance Commitments: Our agreements mandate immediate breach notification protocols and strict adherence to federal privacy guidelines.

All sensitive patient data, billing files, and clinical documentation are handled through encrypted channels, such as secure email and HIPAA-compliant portals. Standard website inquiry forms and SMS channels are restricted to non-sensitive inquiries and appointment scheduling.
